​Ar.Rahul Malandkar was with us talking about 'Interior Design Projects' by his Mumbai based practice- _Apt Studios_. This talk was moderated by our Principal Prof. Rajiv Mishra.

Rahul specialises in sustainable, minimal and functional design and seeks to create projects that are environmentally conscious. His work spans from designing spaces, to products and furniture.

Mustansir Dalvi is a Professor of Architecture at Sir JJ College of Architecture. He graduated from Sir JJCOA in 1986 He has post graduate qualifications in architecture and Indian Aesthetics from the University of Mumbai.
Sir JJ College of Architecture is known to have some of the oldest and most value-able architectural drawings and port folios in India. Prof. Mustansir Dalvi led an open discussion in the college about our Archives

A MAYOR'S PERSPECTIVE OF CITY MANAGEMENT
Mr. Tikender Singh Panwar was the directly elected deputy Mayor of Shimla city. Under his governance, the city has been able to create a vision with development plan that speaks about inclusive growth, well planned social infrastructure and making the city and its citizens resilient. Environment and ecology have been the topics of concern which he has brought about people's participation. He was here to share his views as a mayor towards city management.

Kurush Dalal is an archaeologist and teacher at Mumbai University. He is an intense foodie and even runs a Parsi kitchen.He has explored and documented a lot of Mumbai's local food, culture and teaching.In this Manan session, he shared with us his funny and dramatic  stories about his experiences in this field!

​Rahul Kadri is the Principal Architect and Partner at IMK Architects. He assumed directorship of Kadri Consultants pvt. Ltd. in 1995 and since then has designed and executed several architecture and town planning projects. Amongst their numerous projects are the township for Tata's, Jindal's and Reliance, Hotels and Resorts for Taj, Club Mahindra, and college campuses for Symbiosis. 

Malik Architecture is a Mumbai based firm known best for their daring and unconventional designs using exposed concrete , structural steel and even brick masonary on very unusual topographies. Being featured on Netflix's 'World's Most Extraordinary Homes', Malik Architecture is doing excellent job showcasing new India's ingenuity and creativity to the world.
