About Surge

Surge is a renewal of our college newsletter in the form of a collaboration with volunteers from all batches. Under Surge, we have three sections- ​

THE JJ BULLETIN

The JJ Bulletin is the main newsletter which will have updates and information about the various academic and cultural events and activities that are arranged by our college in an academic semester.

The Repository

The Repository is a collection of works and achievements of the students, the faculty and the alumni of Sir J.J. College of Architecture. It includes works of students in various competitions, workshops where they represent the college as well as notable activities by them and our faculty and alumni. ​

THE INQUIRY

​As young architects, it is a very important part of our job to question our role in today’s built environment and how our actions have an effect on the future of our built spaces. With this in mind, we are starting an entirely student-led Research programme called, ‘The Inquiry’.
