The pandemic has had all sorts of consequences, especially in education where the new communication gap has become a recurring concern. In an attempt to create a small glimpse of the lost college life arose the need of a medium to keep the students, the faculty and the alumni informed with the activities of the college and of each other. For this purpose, we found it best to revive our newsletter Surge, which is divided into three segments-
'The JJ Bulletin' is the main newsletter which will have updates and information about the various academic and cultural events and activities that are arranged by our college in an academic semester. For our first issue, we have covered the activities of the college and the student body in the academic semester of June 2021- January 2022.This includes events like the Academic Exhibition, the Faculty Medal competition as well as the introduction of the other two sections of Surge- The Repository and The Inquiry.
